How long in advance should I order?
6 months is recommended for your wedding order, 2 months is recommended for your home decor. Most items are custom made upon request.A rush fee is added for orders within 45 days and home decor needed within 30 days unless for a special promo or event.
When should I expect my order?
During booking, a date will be discussed but typically no less then 30 days prior to your event.
Can I make specific flower request?
Of course, there are very few flowers that can't be made. Just tell us you'd love to have by emailing hankypankyblooms@gmail.com or state your specifics on your quote inquiry.
What should I do if I have no idea where to start regarding my flowers?
Email Hankypankyblooms@gmail.com and we will set up a time to talk and build your perfect bouquet.
How should I care for my flowers.
Keep flowers in a cool dry place free of moisture.
How should I do I know my colors will be the shade I want?
A color link is sent during booking. You can choose your color from the link or go directly to the store to see the colors in person.
When I book, do I have to Pay in Full?
Upon booking, half of your total order is required to hold your spot. The second half is required 60 days prior to your event. Further payment plans can be created upon request. Please email hankypankyblooms@gmail.com to request a different payment plan.
What if I need to change my event date?
We can happily accommodate for your new date. Please email Ashley at Hankypankyblooms@gmail.com to let her know about your new date.
What is your return policy?
Due to the customization of your flowers we do not offer refunds.
